“Growing up in lower and working class families, our diets were often dictated by what was available and whatever meals our families could provide. We understand firsthand the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle without consistent access to nutritious food. This is why we founded The S Bar: to provide children and adults alike with delicious, healthy meals that promote a better lifestyle.”
Faith and Asha are two passionate individuals with a combined experience of over 17 years in the food industry, restaurant management, corporate HR, and education. Their journey began with a simple yet profound mission: to bring accessible, healthy and wholesome meals to their community, especially in areas that often lack such options.
